Engine Coop #1
We anticipate launching the Coop between September 5th to
10th. The contract with our chosen Search Engine
Company requires funding of $30,000 three days before
launching.
It is assumed that you have watched the Movie and have
registered at the end of the Movie. If not, please
watch the
Movie Now.

This is OUR
FIRST TIME EFFORT to do a COOP PROGRAM on the internet.

Although we
believe results may be positive (that is the goal) there
is no assurance nor guarantee that shareholders will
generate profitability or be able to add new business
owners through their participation in the program.

Our goal
launching date is between September 5th through the
10th. Unknown circumstances could develop that
delay the launching of the program as much as 10-15
days. In the event such delays delay the launch
past the 25th of September all shareholders will be
given the right to withdraw from the program and receive
a 100% refund.

The program
has been approved by EcoQuest but is being offered by an
independent affiliate, EcoQuestSystem.Com with
EcoQuestSystem.Com assuming full responsibility for
management of the coop. Shareholders should

for any and all questions.

GRANDFATHERED
RIGHTS:

In
appreciation for your involvement, all participants in
this COOP #1 will be entered on a GRANDFATHERED RIGHTS
LIST and will receive ADVANCE NOTICE of all subsequent
COOPS that are created.

In the event
this COOP #1 is deemed a success it is anticipated that
subsequent Coops will be formed and offered first to
those with GRANDFATHERED RIGHTS.

It is
possible that subsequent Coops be offered on a weekly
basis to help all members experience a continuing flow
of qualified, interested leads.
